Office Supplies Challenge; Liquid Fuel Rocket

Liquid Fuel Rocket made from office supplies. Warning, this is kinda dangerous, I had one blow up in my hand already, it was more startling than anything, the two halves flew off in different directions, (wear leather gloves just to be safe.). But they'll fly about 75 feet straight up.

Step 1 You will Need

A Sharpie
Canned Air
Electrical Tape (Substitute Packing Tape)
Ball Point Pen
Rubber Band
Bottle Cap
Leatherman
Robot Sticker (optional)

I found a huge can at walmart that doesn't do anything if you spray yourself as much as you want.

If you turn it upside down it gets dangerous because the regrigerant begins to come out.

the ones at my local hardware store are compressed co2 and if you turn them upside down they shoot out liquid co2 and you can flash freeze things. i once used an entire can on an onion, threw it on the ground and it shattered. however despite this i can walk into my hardware store (san francisco, ca) and buy it.

It depends on the type of the can and chemicals inside. If you can find that brand, let the author know so the builders can try it out.

In california you can't own a knife with a blade over 3" or a magazine with a capacity over 10 rounds. That's modern americans for you, caring more about celebrities than, just about everything else unless it is "dramatic," or "popular."

That blade thing is completely false. You can legally have any length blade you want, it's just illegal to "conceal" fixed blades.

You are also false. You can own a blade of any length but you cannot carry one folding or fixed over 3 inches long.

If you guys don't know what you're talking about don't post. In California it is legal to carry a folding blade as long as you want, same goes for fixed blades but the fixed blade must not be concealed.

Ya, and they died.  It has refrigerant in it which is heavier then air and no oxygen gets to your lungs and you die.  Kids can still buy it in Canada though! :D

many of them infact... there are some places(if i remember correctly) where you can get it though because its 100% oxygen(or somthing), they are more expencive and last shorter

I put random eletrical tape on the grey part and spray painted it black then removed the tape its like a tiger

True That!!! I got it onto my finger and it hurt sooooooooooo badly! That finger was numb for days and skin fell off!! Also never shake the can!! I did and frost appeared on the outside of the can! (actually it might not be frost, but the can was very cold)

My doctor used this stuff to remove a wart on my hand, even though local anesthetic was applied to my hand, it still hurt like crazy.
