This is a very simple oatmeal recipe that can be used as a delicious low fat, high fiber+protein breakfast, dessert and comfort food!

You will need:

1/2 cup of oatmeal

1 small scoop of ice cream of your choice

2 tablespoons of mini semi sweet chocolate chips/Large mega-chunk chips

1 table spoon of maple syrup

1 large squirt of low fat wipped cream

Step 1:

Make the oatmeal and then pour syrup onto it. Then add 1 table spoon of chocolate chips, the ice cream, whipped cream, then add the finishing touch:  chocolate chips on top. Enjoy!

You can have fun with this recipe by adding festive colored sugar and different kinds of chocolate.
