Introduction: Omelette Cup
Finding what to eat in the morning is hard. But this recipe is perfect for those of us (me) who can't cook to save their life. This recipe is very basic because it is only three ingredients but fell free to add milk, salt, veggies, etc. You can watch my video for more in depth details and for a better visual. It is the first recipe that I show!! Disclaimer: this idea is something that I found on pintrest and kind of changed around!!
Step 1: Ingredients
1 egg (per cup)
Ham or Turkey
(Remember you can add ingredients if you wish. Don't be afraid to be a rule breaker :)
Fork/Spoon or a tool to mix with
Step 2: Put in Muffin Pan
First take two pieces of your choice of meat and put it into the muffin pan. It won't have perfectly straight sides so play around with it for the desired shape! I suggest using two pieces instead of one because one will be too thin and the more meat the better life is am I right? Make sure you crack your eggs into a bowl and mix them!
Step 3: Add Your Egg and Bake
After you make your meat cup. Pour your eggs into the cups. You can add cheese to the bottom, top, or mix it in with the eggs. Again you can add veggies if you would like. Bake at 350 degrees until the egg is fully cooked and solid. This usually takes about 5-10 min, less if you add heat to the oven.
Step 4: Enjoy!
Enjoy your delicious omelette cup!!! It looks gourmet and delicious!! You will be eating breakfast like a king/queen!!!
