<p>excellent video!! i make this dish once or twice a month but after the second time making it i started using canned diced tomatoes. my daughter prefers it that way but i like it with diced Roma tomatoes. i usually add a different meat each time, anything from sweet Italian sausage that's already cooked and chopped, to whatever ground meat might be in the freezer. if you place the cherry tomatoes between two plate you can run a knife between the plates and cut them all at once.</p>
