Quick and easy Oompa Lumpa costume

Step 1: Materials Needed

Green Wig, Brown turtle-neck (I used white and dyed it with brown Rit Dye), white scrub pants, white gloves, brown tube socks (I used white and dyed them with brown Rit Dye), brown house slippers, orange face paint, white face paint for eyebrows, white suspenders, white athletic tape.

Step 2: Transformation Into a Oopma Lumpa

this is a very easy assembly. after collecting the needed materials, there is very little to do. I made the stripes on the turtle-neck and socks using strips of athletic tape. I think that is the easiest/best method for sure. Next, just suit up. Paint your face with a burnt orange face paint and give yourself some white eyebrows. Enjoy the attention!
