To start off with, get an A4 piece of paper, fold a corner down until it meets the other side, then cut off the bottom part to make the piece of paper...
Now, you should get the opposite side of the corner you folded, and do the same, fold it until it touches the other side.
Now you should see the paper, it has for triagles on it, you should push to sides that are opposite to each other inwards, this is similar looking to ...
Now you should lay the paper flat on the work surface, and fold the flaps inwards, like in the photo.
Now with that done, fold the edges inwards that have just been made, were almost finished now.
Now, this is were it gets tricky to explain, you should fold the top edges where the Bomb has no hole in it into the flaps created in the previous ste...
This is easy, just seperate the Water Bomb and blow down the hole to inflate, job done! :)
