This is a delicious oreo-cheescake. The cake looks like a big oreo!
Step 1: Ingredients
- 3 packs oreo
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 80 grams of butter
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 150 grams of white chocolate with crisped rice
- Springform pan
- Immersion blender
- Food processor
- Parchment paper
- Rolling pin
Step 2: Break the Oreo's
Put the oreo's in the food processor so that they break.
If the pieces of oreo's are too big, you can hit the oreo's with a rolling pin (you have to fold them in baking paper!)
Step 3: The Butter
Melt the butter in a pan.
Mix it good with the oreo's.
Cut another sheet of baking paper into the right size.
Put half of the oreo's in the springform
Cut the chocolate into little pieces.
Mix with mixer the cream cheese and yogurt and add the pieces of white chocolate.
Lubricate this layer on top of layer oreo's and add another layer of oreo's on top of it.
Put in the refrigerator for 4 houres and than your oreo-cheesecake is done!
