Step 6: Making the whipped cream

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on high until stiff peaks form. This seems to happen much faster when using honey rather than sugar so don't over beat.

Fit a sandwich bag with a large round decorating tip and fill with whipped cream.
These look brilliant!!! I can't wait to try making these gluten free!!! Will post back with info when I do!!!
Oh oh, these sound too good not to try. My mouth started watering the instant I read the title :D
They are so moist and delicious. I would recommend just making traditional whipped cream with the cupcakes unless you are a complete honey lover. I'm not a huge fan of it and the taste in the whipped cream was a little overpowering. I made them again with normal whipped cream and they were excellent!!
These are absolutely adorable! I love the bees. :D
Thank you! I posted these so long ago I forgot they were on here!!!
These are SO cute! And the recipe sounds delicious. Can't wait to try making them myself. I can think of so many perfect applications for this cupcake! Baby shower, toddler birthday party, tea or garden party. These would even sell like mad at the Farmer's Market. Love your idea!! :)
