These bowls are great to use as a rubbish bin on the table for chicken bones etc. Or If you use glossy paper you can actually eat from them.
Materials = 1 sheet of A4 paper

Fold an A4 peice of paper in half, then in half again.

> Open one corner and flatten it out as seen in the pictures. lolwut? That needs actual instruction.
waif69 says: Sep 12, 2012. 11:42 AM
I opened one of the corners then pushed the new corner into the center of the paper to finish this step.

Thank you for putting this up! I learned how to do this when I lived in Japan, but when I moved back to the US, I forgot how to do it. This totally helped!
metroinberlin says: May 12, 2008. 8:12 PM
Amazing idea, but your steps could be a bit clearer than "fold the paper and then fold it again." Other than that, handy little Instructable to have mastered.

Would it be possible to tape a bit of celophane wrap to the paper and make a temporary water tight bowl?
RiddleOfSphinx says: May 11, 2008. 10:51 PM
You could possibly cut a piece of freezer paper to the size of the A4 paper ;) Actually, I think I may try that some time :D ...it'd be a handy survival trick :D
Knexpertevan says: Mar 7, 2008. 4:26 PM
Heh, heh. Thats cool.

Quite Good! Some Steps were a bit confusing, but good anyway!

The bowl is cool, it's just that the directions are not specific and the video could be a little slower. All in all, it's a really cool thing!
T3hpw9ag3 says: Oct 11, 2007. 7:53 PM
Nevermind its way too hard and not very well explained
T3hpw9ag3 says: Oct 11, 2007. 7:49 PM
I can't follow the third step- you jumped over way too fast to understand what you did. Other than that very cool, I will try to make it
Satka says: Jul 1, 2007. 5:54 AM
Simple, and it works ! Thanks a lot for that one, I will definitely use it :D
atarax says: Oct 4, 2007. 1:04 PM
seconded: I love it, I can actually do it ;) and I'm going to use it. top stuff
jeffcapeshop says: Jul 12, 2007. 3:48 PM
i use this one for crisps (chips), bombay mix or other small snacks on long car journeys - bags always split, and it's easier to manufacture these on the fly than to carry bowls! + no cleaning.. i also made a spoon using the same basic premise - pretty useless mind ;) if i ever get it to work (maybe with thick waterproof paper..) i'll post it up.
jessyratfink says: Jul 1, 2007. 12:03 AM
That was actually pretty fun. You could make two of these and use them to house a present, too!
