Step 1Getting the right paper

Getting the right paper
In the tutorial, I used graph paper. Its thicker than regular notebook paper, and you get a better hop with your finished frog. This will take some experimenting, I just found that graph paper works great for me. Or get origami paper! However, be sure that the paper is square.
I just folded my paper diagonally and cut the excess off.

Nice...! I know 3 ways to fold origami frogs, two of which jump, and this is a new one to me! I almost didn't view your 'ible, but couldn't pass it up...

My wife is a frog lover/collector, and I have made her hundreds of various size, color, and styles of origami frogs - I will certainly be making this one, and will go ahead and post my creation(s) to your little contest!

Thanks for showing me something new!
