I made these cookies to celebrate the kick-off of the 2010 season. All the food items were Magic themed so of course I needed a Magic themed dessert. "Carter's Cookies" was made using my favorite sugar cookie recipe. I rolled white condant on each cookie and decorate them with blue royal icing to look like Magic jerseys. They were a big hit! Yummy and cute to look at.
