Our spaghetti

Quicky-guide-to-making-wine.jpg
Since I am doing updates of older instructables. (I.e. http://www.instructables.com/id/Coffee-maker-pasta/ and http://www.instructables.com/id/Our-pizza/ ). I thought I would do one about spaghetti, I love spaghetti. I will refer to these old instructables.  That is because there are a lot of similar techniques used.

Added to the plate was  a simple salad with a dressing of apple vinegar, a bit of mustard, and oil to make an emulsion. Also added to the plate was some homemade bread. Use whatever you prefer. The glass contains some homemade wine, but you can use whatever beverage you prefer.

Will do a wine instructable one of these days.

NOTE: THE LIGHTS WENT OUT IN THE KITCHEN, SO WE USED THE ONLY AREA WE HAD WITH GOOD LIGHTING at the time.

Looks like it makes enough to feed a whole family. Looks good. Is that garlic bread I smell?

Very nice. Eating in the bathroom is great, it promotes maximum efficiency. Question about the noodles: are they really soft and doughy or do they taste/feel similar to normal store bought dry spaghetti? Or are these more like shanghai noodles?

They are just like normal noodles unless you like them crunchy, which I do not. Should be no different than going to the store and getting fresh pasta from the refrigerator section. If you have the time to let the strands dry out a bit, you virtually have the same thing as packaged pasta except that semolina is not added. Sometimes I just like to eat noodles with just oil or butter as a snack like you might eat popcorn. The noodles like ramen that are crunchy so to speak have usually have been boiled in oil. (aka deep fried) that was not done here.

Just curious, do you often cook in the bathroom?

No, the florescent light in the kitchen is out and the bathroom has the best light for the pics.
