Go to Dry Tortugas National Park for a glimple of unspoiled beauty.

Step 1: Practice...

There are awesome calm water beaches to practice your snorkel skills.

Step 2: Great Snorkeling, But...

300 pound grouper fish and other sealife can be seen from the island's only pier.

Step 3: Beware of the Sharks!

She's a nurse shark, but you'll also swim by urchins (ouch) and barracudas(OUCH).

Step 4: Dock

This place is a 2 to 3 hour boat ride from the nearest civilization.

Step 5: Camping

There are no facilities here so you have to camp. Just you and nature.

Step 6: Paradise

It's paradise if you can handle the isolation!
Wow, that is WAY out there! Just driving to Key West is a long trip.

Awesome you got there, I camped on some of the isolated islands down the Atlantic coast, but Tortuga is still on my 2Do.
