Step 1: BEAT
255g Unsalted Butter (Softened)
468g Icing Sugar
280g Cream Cheese
2tsp Vanilla Extract
Begin by beating the butter until light and pale. Add the icing sugar and beat on a low speed until incorporated. Once the icing sugar has been incorporated, increase the speed to high and beat for another 8 minutes. Finally add the cream cheese and vanilla and beat again for 2 minutes.
