Introduction: PERFECT (VANILLA) BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Step 1: BEAT

339g Unsalted Butter (Softened)

586g Icing Sugar

80ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

1tbsp Vanilla Extract

Beat the butter until soft and smooth. Add the icing sugar and beat on a low speed until the butter and sugar are fully combined. Once combined, increase the speed and beat for another 6 - 8 minutes. Add the cream and vanilla and beat for another minute...... and you're done!

Step 2: ENJOY
