For everyone that doesnt speak chinese here is the roguth translation

The image that we see here above was designed with a computer, having used vectorial tools. He is indispensable that the surface is dealt suitably with sealants for wood. These posters are painted in successive layers of color, by superposition of homogeneos planes. The enamel agrees to dilute it with turpentine spirit and to apply it in several thin layers, waiting for the complete drying before the new application. The brushes that we used for great surfaces must be very soft and flat. For the small lines and forms we used "letrista brushes": their hairs are uniform, long and smooth, although they are not easy to obtain, are possible to be found in some businesses of artisticHe is advisable to try on some plate previously enameled, already that this one material, by the smoothness of its surface, is ideal to move these brushes. The pinceladas ones must accompany the design by the brush and must be drawn up of once, to obtain safe and firm outlines.
Here is a better translation of the instructable from spanish to english... However, it still does'nt tell you how to do it. It is missing most of the steps..... esto nececita mas informacion The image that we see here above was designed with a computer, having used Vector Graphics. Next we are going to go over the steps to transfer it, with synthetic enamel to a wood panel. It is the same technique that the sign makers use for the making of street posters and show windows. We are going to redraw or to trace the design on a poster previously painted. It is indispensable that the surface is sealed sufficently with wood sealant. These posters are painted in successive layers of color, by superposition of homogeneos planes. The enamel is diluted with turpentine and applied it in several thin layers, waiting for the complete drying before the new application. The brushes that we used for the big areas must be very soft and flat. For the small lines and forms we used "lettering brushes": their hairs are uniform, long and smooth, although they are not easy to obtain, are possible to be found in art supply stores It is advisable to practice this on some plate previously enameled, already that this one material, by the smoothness of its surface, is ideal to move these brushes. The pinceladas ones must accompany the design by the brush and must be drawn up of once, to obtain safe and firm outlines. therefore it is necessary to comfortably sit on a table moving only the wrist. It is important to clean the brushes with thiner very well and keeping lubricated them to conserve their shape.
