LED POV DISPLAY

HI AND SALAM TO ALL THIS IS THE SECOND VERSION OF MY POV DISPLAY. THIS VERSION HAS MANY IMPROVMENTS,IT CONSISTS OF A POSITION SENSOR MECHANISM.I HAVE SUCCEED TO PROGRAM SOME ANIMATIONS IN THIS VERSION..AND THIS CIRCUIT IS MADE ON PCB I AM POSTING SOME PICTURES AND A VIDEO HOPE IT WILL HELP U TO MAKE YOUR OWN.

Step 1MAKING THE PCB AND ASSEMBLING THE ARDWARE

I AM POSTING SOME PICTURES OF THE PCB MAKING AND ASSEMBLING OF THE PROJECT. First i used the copper brush mechanism to supply the power to the controller and LEDS but that that failed because the copper brushes were too hard for the motor to rotate,in the end i mount and taped the 9 volt battery on the PCB (but remember battery should not disturb the balance.keep the battery in a balanced position)

Don't you have any problems concerning energy? Cuz the optoswitch uses close to 20mA and it kills the battery too fast.
