Ello guys,
You know that moment when you have a lot of hats like myself and they are all scattered everywhere,so you cant find the right one,lol.
So i wanted a very practical thing which is made from pvc, 'cause its easy to make & assemble.Now, this hat holder is just for 4 hats, but you can make it for more.

Step 1: Tools & Materials

Tools :

Electric drill
Electric jig saw
Pvc pipe welder
Measuring tape
Marker/pen
Drill bit 6mm

Materials:

Pvc pipe 3/4 inch - 1m
Pvc knee 90* - 8pcs
Pvc tee-part - 4pcs
Pvc clamps & screws- 2pcs

Step 2: Cutting Part

First thing's first, is to measure & cut 6 pcsof pvc pipe with 8 cm long & 2 pcs 2.5 cm long, when that's all done, do the same thing for 35 cm pipe.

So when we have our little pieces it's time to assemble it with pipe welder.

Step 3: Assembly

And this how our holding & supporting part should look like,not assembled, well not yet. Pretty neat don't you think? All that needs to be done is to weld it.

Step 4: Grand Finish

When put you it all together, it should look just like in the pictures. The last part is to drill the holes for pvc clamps, with 6 mm drill bit & to set up your hat holder, where you want it to be.
