Step 3: Forming The PVC
Okay so the first step is to get a nice hot fire going. As your fire is heating up, take the rim of the tire out of the wheel.
Now WITH GLOVES ON, place the tube above the fire, not too close and keep it moving so it doesnt burn. This should be a slow process, dont rush it. when you think its time to shape the tube wrap it wround the wheel (like in the pictures). You need to hold it in place for a little bit, it doesnt take too long.
When you feel that the formed tube is hard again, you may need to reheat it if there are any oddities. Just follow the same process, for the reheat and for the next tube.
