You can actually pack a healthy and delicious lunch for just $1. Just roast a whole chicken or buy a rotisserie chicken, prepare some veggies of your choice, add some rice and viola!
Roast Chicken Recipe Marinade:
1/2 Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Paprika
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder
1/2 Tspn Parsley
1/4 Tspn Thyme
1 Tbsp butter String to tie the chicken
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Honey
Prep chicken as in video. Roast at 350F until thigh temperature reaches at least 165F.
