Introduction: Pakistani Mutton Stew
A stew is a combination of solid food ingredients that have been cooked in liquid and served in the resultant gravy. Ingredients in a stew can include any combination of vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, beans,peppers and tomatoes, etc), meat, especially tougher meats suitable for slow-cooking, such as beef. Poultry, sausages, and seafood arep also used.
today I will show you how a stew in Pakistan is made. this is a mutton stew made in two steps!
Step 1: Ingredients Plus Pressure Cooker Process
ingredients list 1
garlic ginger paste 2TB
turmeric 1.5 tsb
chilli flakes 3tsb
chilli power 0.5 tsp
salt according to taste
black pepper whole 25 pieces
black cardemom 3-4
dry coriander seeds roasted and crushed 2TB
oil 250 ml
water 1/4 cup
add all above in pressure cooker. mix all. mix all very well and put in stove. cook untill the meat is tender!
Step 2: After Pressure Cooker Process

tomato 6 piece
OK as shown in the pics, the meat is tender. so now is the time to dry it. last image shows when it is completely dried.
