Introduction: Paleo Baconnaise

Goes great on everything!

* 2 pasture raised egg yolks

* 1 tsp prepared (gluten-free) mustard — like this

* 3 tsp lemon juice

* 1 cup liquid uncured bacon fat

Combine ingredients and mix with a hand mixture or food processor until a creamy consistency.

As a diabetic and novice Paleo, I cannot resist adding 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce and a healthy handful of bacon crumbles to this wonderful concoction! I will drizzle it over my Napa cabbage fried in olive oil for starters. :-)
