Paleo Cooking Bootcamp was the name of my award winning cooking class in San Francisco (I was awarded the prestigious "Best of SF" designation by San Francisco Magazine). In the class, my clients would cook with me for 2 hours, and take home all of the food they prepared. The recipes we prepared during each 2-hour class created enough breakfast, lunch, dinner + snack options for the entire week.

My book contains a month's worth of menus from my Paleo Cooking Bootcamp class.
