Paleo Contest made me think of Butter Chicken - Paleo Style. I just recently tried this new version with cashew cream and it is so good!

Raw cashews are a very versatile food because they have no flavor before they’re cooked. They impart flavor of the dish they’re put into, which is great for this recipe.

This paleo butter chicken is delicious and authentic. It’s perfect for a weeknight or for a dinner party.

This recipe goes great the flat bread, Rice and Spring Hoppers.

Step 1: Ingredients
