Here's the very first Paleo-friendly recipe I ever tried. It's quick, it's easy, tastes amazing, and did I mention grain-free! So get some of this yummy in your tummy ?
1 Ripe Banana (the riper the banana the sweeter it will be)
1 Egg1 T Nut Butter (I like cashew butter)
1/4 tsp baking soda
Coconut oil (to grease frying pan)
*Mash one banana into a pudding-like consistency
*add nut butter, baking soda, egg
*Whisk together well
*grease pan with oil
*Cook on low/medium to medium heat
Note: These cook a little slower then regular pancakes. Patience is key when flipping them. They will also appear darker in color than normal pancakes when cooked. Medium to small size pancakes will be easier to flip.
Serve with warm 100% real maple syrup or raw honey and berries. ????
