Step 9 Building the windows, contnued

I had these old storm windows left over from when we replaced some double-hung windows on the house.

 
They weren't all the same size.  Each was a custom sized rabbeted opening, but the overall wood frames were the same dimensions. 

I won't get into exact measurements because they will vary from job to job and recycled material to recycled material.
