Introduction: Pan Fried Chicken

Pan Fried Chicken is made with marination of vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar and soy sauce. It is a great dish to try out this summer. Please do try this simple recipe, I am sure you will like it.

Step 1: Ingredients

2 lb chicken

Marination:

1 cup of olive oil

1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of white vinegar

1/2 cup of soy sauce

Step 2: Marinade Chicken

Take all the ingredients mentioned under marination in mixing bowl and mix it all well until well combined.

Add chicken into the marination mixture, let it sit for atleast 3 hours.

Step 3: Grill It

Heat the pan over medium Flame.

Once it heated, place the chicken legs on the Pan.

Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken to other side and cook again.

Cook until it cooked well and the outer skin of chicken change to golden brown color.

Then remove from flame.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

Slice it up and serve with some dip like yogurt, mayonnaise. ..

This turned out delicious! We are a bit on the hot and spicy side. Therefore I used Chicken breast tenders as it was better suited to go with noodles.

We cut the sweetness of the chicken with the hot spiciness of vegetable noodles. The peppers came from our home garden.
