Introduction: Pan Fried Fish

This is a southern style meal for anyone

Step 1: Cleaning the Fish

First you want to clean your fish by removing their scales. Then you need to cut off the heads and remove the organs.

Step 2: Breading

When you bread your fish you want to use 1/2 flour, 1/2 cornmeal, some salt, and for a little kick some tony chaceries. Put it in a large bowl and mix them. Once mixed put in the fish and make sure you get an even coating on each side.

Step 3: Cooking

Have a medium sized pan and fill it with enough oil to cover half of the fish. I prefer to use vegetable oil but its up to you. Put the heat on the stove to about medium. When you put in the fish be careful not to slap them in, you want to slide them in carefully. You will know the fish is done when the breeding is crispy and the meat is flakey. This should take about 4 minutes. Make sure you flip it every minute.

Step 4: Time to Eat

When eating pull off the top and bottom fins then pull the meat from the tail to the head. Just be carefully of the small rib bones.
