Pan-Fried Pork Loin with Vegetable Stir Fry

Pork (loin) chop is cooked in medium flame with some garlic, onion , dried oregano and chicken broth. They are juicy, tender and yummy.I served it with some sauteed vegetables and a cup of drink. This combo would be great for Date night dinner.

Serve : 2 Adults

Step 1: Ingredients

For making Pan-fried Pork Loin

3 No of Pork Loins

1 small size Onion

2 Garlic cloves

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 cup Chicken broth

3 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Paprika

Salt and Pepper as per your taste buds

For making Vegetable stir fry

1 cup cauliflower, boiled or steamed

1/2 cup frozen sweet corn

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/4 cup onion, sliced

1 tsp Soy sauce, low sodium

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and Pepper as per your taste buds

Step 2: Marinade Pork Loins

Wash the pork with cold water and pat dry them. Cut extra fats around the edges.

Marinade pork loins with paprika, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Chop onion and garlic, finely.

Step 3: Pan-Fried Pork Loin

Melt butter in wide pan over medium flame. Add garlic into it. Saute it for a minute.

Add chopped onion and oregano, cook until onion become translucent.

Add in the marinated pork loins, cook for approximately 3 minutes. One side of the pork loins nicely turned into golden brown color. Now flip the loins to other side using tongs and cook for 3 more minutes.

Pour in chicken stock, and cook until it gets thicken ( sauce consistency)

Done!!

Step 4: Vegetable Stir-fry

Melt butter in wide pan over medium flame. Add in all the vegetables , season them with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. (you can also carrot, broccoli, beet, spinach)

Add soy sauce and stir fry for couple of minutes.

Done!

Step 5: Enjoy!

Serve pork loin and some sauteed veggies with your favorite choice of drink.
