Ingredients-
Salmon steaks (I like sockeye, fresh is best, but this time I used frozen ones. It's what I had)
Lemon juice
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper (fresh ground is more powerful than preground pepper, use accordingly)
oil (I use olive)
