Oh wow, this is actually one of my favorite dishes too! But I've never tried it with the sauce - will definitely check that out.

My tips:

If you score the skin of the salmon, it won't shrink up as you fry it.

I put out a bowl of apple cider vinegar to help absorb the smells, like you do with your candle :)
