video Paper Pirate Hat Panache
Here's a vid on how one creates a simple pirate hat using construction paper and a few run of the mill objects. Specifically, you'll need a large sheet of construction paper, a blunt tool like a small screwdriver or a butter knife, a pair of scissors or some other cutting tool, some washers, some string, and glitter (if that's what you're into.)
