Here's a fun and ridiculously easy paper toy for Summer. (Or Winter if you're crazy like me.) All you need to make this is a sheet of paper. I reccommend using construction paper, as it's more durable than note paper and will hold water longer.

Step 1: The Paper

Start with a plain sheet of paper. Fold it into a perfect square, and tear along the fold. Now you're ready to begin.

Step 2: Folding

Fold two diagonal lines and one horizontal line.

Step 3: Folding

Bring sides A and B together to form a triangle.

Step 4: Folding

Fold up the two corners of the triangle.

Step 5: Folding

Fold the two triangle's corners in towards the center line.

Step 6: Folding

Fold the two triangles down into the pockets you've made. THis can be a little tricky, and you might want to secure them with tape if it's your first time doing this.

Step 7: Repeat Steps 2-6

The paper should then look like this.

Step 8: Last Folds

Fold and unfold along the lines shown. This helps the bomb inflate easier.

Step 9: Finished!

Blow into the hole at the top of the paper, and your bomb should inflate like a balloon. Now all you need to do is fill it with water, and find a high place to drop it from.
