4 small paper clamps .4 medium paper clamps.1 rubber band
remove all the small metal clips
clip 2 medium clips to the 4 small clips.
remove the medium metal clips.
clip the other 2 medium clips over the small clips.then remove the metal clips.
now other versions of this use the rubber band on the inside . i personally like it on the out side because u can change the rubber band if it breaks ...
best ammo for this is chopsticks and bamboo scourers .for best results sharpen the chopsticks and scourers in a pencil sharpener.
