Paracord Dog Collar Instructions, learn how to make a paracord dog collar. You will need about 18 feet of paracord, two 9 foot pieces. You will also need a D ring and a buckle. This paracord project will take about 30 minutes to make.

Step 1: Paracord Dog Collar - 1

Attach the paracord to the buckles, like in the pictures. Lay the piece of paracord that you want to be the center collar across the middle. Then with the second collar over the top of the first, around the back, and up through the hole made by the first piece of paracord, and pull it tight.

Step 2: Paracord Dog Collar - 2

Then braid in D ring using the center piece of paracord. Keep doing the same braid.

Step 3: Paracord Dog Collar - 3

Continue the same braid after you braid in the D rind. Like in the pictures.

Step 4: Paracord Dog Collar - 4

Keep braiding until you reach the other buckle, then cut and melt the ends. This was for and 17 inch dog collar.

Step 5: Paracord Dog Collar - 5
