This recipe is for 10 people or more

You will need:

-7 tablespoon of Tomato paste

-1 teaspoon of salt

-1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper

-1 teaspoon of Paprika powder

-1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder

-3 teaspoon of Coriander powder

-9 cups of water

-1 cup of vegetable oil

-5 Garlic cloves

-half green pepper

-2 dried bay leaves

-250g beef
-ground dried mint (for the beef)

-1 chicken breast and 2 thighs

Step 1: Tomato Paste

Add 7 tablespoon of tomato paste to a bowl

Step 2: Salt and Black Pepper

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper

Step 3: Paprika Powder

Add 1 teaspoon of paprika powder

Step 4: Turmeric Powder

Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder

Step 5: Coriander Powder

Add 3 teaspoon of Coriander powder

Step 7: Water

Pour 9 cups of water, equal to 2L

Step 8: Oil

Pour 1 cup of vegetable oil, you can use any kind, i used corn oil

Step 9: Garlic

Choose 5 big Garlic cloves, peel them and add them to the bowl

Step 10:

Pour the sauce into a saucepan

Step 11: Green Pepper

Take a green pepper, cut it in half and add it to the sauce

Step 12: Bay Leaves

Add 2 dried bay leaves

Step 13: Boil

Put the saucepan on high heat until the sauce start boiling then turn it to low heat

Step 14: Beef

Take 250g of beef, grind it add a pinch of salt, pepper, ground dried mint and form it into small balls

Step 15: Chicken

Take 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs. remove the skin and add them to the sauce

Step 16: Stir

Leave the sauce to cook at least 2 hours with stirring it every 30 minutes, when the sauce start to thicken an you see oil floating on the surface you know it's done

Step 17: Pasta

Grab another saucepan, fill it with water and bring it to a boil, then add your desired pasta and let it cook

Step 18: Drain

Pour the pasta through a colander and wash it with cool water, then drain it

Step 19: Add the Sauce

Pour the pasta into a clean saucepan, add the sauce and mix them together then add a pinch of salt and black pepper

Step 20:

Take a plate, pour the pasta on it, add grated cheese (i used mozarella), add beef and chicken

Step 21:

And you're done, Bon Apetit.

<p>I am sure this pasta is very tasty but it is not Bolognese. </p><p>In bolognese sauce there is: no paprika, no turmeric, no coriander, no green pepper, no chicken, no mint, no garlic, no meat bals. Instead there is onion, celery, carrot, red wine, and of course meat and tomato paste or tomato sauce</p>
