This is a very simple recipe I came up with for a quick and easy meal.

Step 1: Ingredients
You will need:
Black Garlic (2 Cloves)
Pasta of your choice (2 Cups)
Fresh onion (1/4 Cup)
Mushrooms (4 oz. oops, had to use canned!)
Olive oil (dash)
-The best part of this recipe is the garlic. If you've never had black garlic before, I highly recommend it. It's sweetish, smoky, and rich. I bought mine at Central Market, but it can be found online, at specialty food stores, or you can make it yourself.-
Step 2: Cook
Chop your onion finely.
Add a dash of olive oil to your skillet and saute the onion.
Peel and squeeze the garlic.
Add the mushrooms and black garlic in the pan.
Cook until the onions and mushroom are tender and set aside.
Boil your noodles.
Drain pasta and combine with onion, mushroom, garlic mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Serve It
Plate and enjoy!
