Peach Melbe Galette

I am making my Grandmother's no-chill pie dough recipe because it is delicious, easy, and quick because you don't need to chill it for a couple hours before rolling out!

This recipe requries:

2 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Shortening
1 Tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 egg + 1/2 c. cold water
