Step 5: Baking Cookies

Roll 1-teaspoon portions of dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten slightly and imprint the traditional cross-hatch marks using the back of a fork or a meat mallet. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool.

is there any change when baking cookies at a high altitude? For brownies, I need to increase the flour and baking time.
These look delish!
Did you do some with chocolate and some without? Personally I think the only thing that makes peanut butter cookies better is the addition of chocolate.
I usually do half plain and half with chocolate chip cause some of the people eating them don't like the chocolate. However, I too think the chocolate adds perfect flavor.
Peanut butter cookies are my favourite! Yum!
