I absolutely love these treats. I made large peanut butter cups for the video, mainly because it was less messy than making the small one, but I normally make small ones that you can pop straight into your mouth, and they are yummy. Of course you have to like peanut butter, to enjoy these.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter

Dairy Free Chocolate

Directions

Melt some chocolate and pour a small amount into your cupcake cases.

Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes, until they solidify.

Next put a dollop of peanut butter. Try and leave space around the edges.

Pour some more chocolate on top and around the edges of the peanut butter, so that it is completely covered.

Put in the fridge for an hour, and then scoff as many as you like!
