You can buy Hibiscus tea loose at many ethnic supermarkets too. Like if you live in California, try Vallarta or Superior.

I tried to make my own Jasmine Lime Cooler roughly following the instructions above; you can find the recipe at: http://toddlerwhoate.com/?p=21
or by searching for lime cooler at the toddlerwhoate.com

I wouldn't normally go for herbal tea, let alone cold. But there's much to be said for the power of persuasion. I blame the glasses. You ever tried anything with rooibos? I would guess the vanilla would go great with vodka, but I'm too scared to try.

hey thanks for posting this recipe, how'd you come up with the concoction?! Also, where would I be able to buy the Hibiscus C Tea?

I'm from the south and have never heard of a Peets... there are, sadly, Starbucks here too. The cursed death of the locally owned coffee shops with the locally roasted, fresh beans and baristas that know what they are doing... :***(

"And I'm looooosing, control!" I remember watching Disney animated music videos when I was a kid and that was one of the songs. I love Hibiscus/Rosehip hot tea so this should be quite enjoyable. Thanks for the inside scoop!

I am so happy to see some Peet's loving! I've been working at Peet's for a couple years now and it is an incredibly awesome place! I wanted to mention to the dude with the question about getting the Hibiscus C, we also sell it in bulk loose leaf at the stores, it really changes the flavor of the tisane if it's not ground up for bag-size. Also, if I might mention the ratio is a little off, we make it 64 ounces of liquid to half a cup of sugar. I don't have the recipe right in front of me, but as coffee-tea specialist at my store, if anyone refuses to give out this recipe, they have absolutely no reason to do so. It's a favorite all around and we love to share our wonderful drinks! I bet yours tastes awesome though, thank you for sharing!

Where do you get Hibiscus C tea? I like how you said y'all 5 times in this instructable, and very nice overly acted photos, haha.

It might be a good idea to rotate your pictures before you upload them. Makes it a bit easier to figure out whats happening in the picture. :D
