Step 1: Set Up
Prep ingredients before you start. You can put just about anything in an omelette, I'm using cheese and ham.
Grease the pan
whip the eggs and add a splash of milk or water
Step 2: Start Cooking
Pour the eggs in when the pan is hot.
Once it starts cooking, pull the edges back from the side of the pan towards the center and tilt the pan so the uncooked egg flows in.
Step 3: Add Your Ingredients
Once most of the egg is cooked, add your ingredients, turn down the heat, and cover.
Step 4: Finishing Up
When all the egg is cooked, fold it in half with a spatula and slide it off the pan onto the plate
