Grease the pan

Unfortunately, a lot of the text was hard to read. Maybe you need to use multiple lights to cut down on the glare. Also, larger text (just a bit more) may have helped. I LOVE this idea so much. So novel and creative!

How many eggs did you use in your omelette? I've had one once at a Canadian hotel and I thought they put in a whole dozen eggs because it was so big and fluffy. By the way, it may be time to get a new pan if it is teflon-coated. Looks like it is all scratched up and the extra bits can't be good for you.
