Introduction: Perfect Ginger Lemonade
It's cool limonade very fresh for the very hot sun ;)
Step 1: What You Need
_ Onr root of ginger
_ 180/200 g of sugar
_ Lemon juice or one lemon
_ Baking powder
_ One good bottle with cork
_ A vegetable peeler
_ And a mixer
Step 2: Step 1
Weight the sugar and put it in the bottle with a DIY funnel ( a paper sheet ) and add onn coffe sponn of baking powder.
Step 3: Step 2
Take some piece of ginger and mix it. You need two soup spoon of ginger or more if you like but be carfull. Put it in the bottle.
Step 4: Step 3
Add three or a little more of lemon juice and fill the bottle of tepid water. Do not fill the bottle completely, leaving a slight air space at the top. Secure the lid on the bottle once filled. And it's the moment to shake !!! All the sugar needs to dissolve.
Step 5: Step 4 (optional)
So that it is very hermetic.
Step 6: Step 5
Put the bottle in a hot place for 24 hours or 48 hours if it's not in a hot place.
And after, in the refrigerator !
Serve very freshly and leak out to remove the pieces of ginger.
