Yes, I agree with Browncoat. I have read in numerous places that if you put citrus scent on anything, it is supposed to keep the cats away.

In your title, you call this an ible for PET cologne, not DOG cologne.

From what I've read, cats do NOT like the smell of citrus, so PLEASE do not make this & spritz it on your cats.
