- Its pretty simple to setup. Figure out what you are going to put the camera and monitor/tv on. I would recommend using a mini tripod because its makes it easy to change the angle of the camera. Have the camera around the same height as your seating.

- Connect the chord from your camera to your TV/monitor and make sure it is a "live" view on the monitor when you are in picture taking mode.

- Create an instruction printout on how to use your camera. I found the image of the back of my camera on google as well as stickers on the camera for the timer. Worked out well. 

Things to consider
- Set the timer to at least 10 seconds so people can get themselves and the shot setup. 
- Have the power chord close. The camera will be running full time for a few hours so its bound to run out of power.
- Make sure you have enough camera space or lower the picture quality for more pics. We took about 400 pictures and had to start deleting some.
