Step 1: Things You Will Required to Make This Photo Frame Night Lamp
1.full bridge rectifier circuit out of four diodes[IN4007][arrangement see in circuit diagram in next step]
2. 0.22mfd 400v to 630v non electrolytic capacitor
3. 1 M 0.25 watt resistor[colour code=brown-black-green-gold]
4. 22 ohm 1 Watt resistor[ colour code=red-red-black-gold]
6.colored tape for decoration
7.plastic container or so other container to make its casing
8. 25 hight bright 3.2 v, 200mA 5mm [any colour as per your wish,i uses white leds]
9.power cord with plug for main power supply in
10. 10K potentiometer [if you want to keep to adjuct brightness of the leds]
Step 2: The Circuit
the circuit for this project is been shown in the image as the main power supply on 240V AC in been send to the rectifier circuit through two resistor of 22 ohm[1watt] and 1M [0.25watt] an well as the capacitor is placed in between the rectifier input and the merging of the two resistor the voltage drop takes place.and after ac voltage drop the power is send to the full wave bridge rectifier circuit which is basically AC to DC converter using four IN4007 fast diodes.
later on the output of the full wave bridge rectifier circuit is send to light up 25 leds in series connection
the 10 k potentiometer will be connected in series with leds and circuit power output for leds.
NOTE:- THIS CIRCUIT USES AC MAIN POWER SUPPLY SO PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY CONNECTION IN RUNNING CIRCUIT OR DO NOT CHANGE THE VALUES OF THE COMPONENTS OF THE CIRCUIT AS 25 NUMBERS OF LEDS SHOULD BE THERE MINIMUM OTHERWISE LESS THAN 25 LEDS WILL BURN ALL LEDS WHICH ARE CONNECTED TO THE CIRCUIT AND AFTER MAKING IT PLEASE SEAL IT IN THE CASING SO THAT IN RUNNING CIRCUIT NO NO WILL ABLE TO TOUCH .
Step 3: Making the Circuit and Assembling It in a Casing
after doing exactly i have instructed the image of this step is the image of final product and you project also look like this if you had done exactly i had said.
