I have been making lots of yummy pineapple tarts for the upcoming Chinese New Year. The main ingredient is, of course, pineapples! There’s quite a bit of leftover pineapple juice from the making, so I decided to make some fruit punch for my family. This drink is refreshing & zingy, exactly what you need to boost your senses into gear after a busy day of work.Makes 2 – 3 small glassIngredients
* 1/2 Pineapple (skinned)
* 3 Oranges (peeled)
* 1 inch piece Ginger
* Mint Leaves (optional)
* Ice Cubes (to serve)Method
1. Juice pineapples, oranges, ginger and mint through a juice extractor.
2. Stir to combine and serve with ice cubes.
