Step 1:

Take 2 ping pong balls. Cut one up into small pieces, and cut a quarter inch big hole in the other.

Step 2:

Next put the pieces into the ping pong ball.

Step 3:

After that put a pencil inside the hole of the ping pong ball.

Step 4:

Then take a piece of aluminum foil that is about 12in by 12in, and wrap the ping pong ball and pencil.

Step 5: How to Light!

Pull the pencil out. Then hold a flame to the bottom and wait for it to catch fire and start smoking.

WARNING:
If you hold it and light it, hold the neck because the foil gets hot.
