Step 12 Put pads together

The shoulder pads were glued down about 1/4" forward of the center mark on the main piece of foam.  I added lots of glue to hold them in place, so they would bend with the main piece over the shoulders without flaring up.

Two six-inch pieces of elastic were glued to connect the front to the back, and some Velcro was added to hold the pads in place once they are on.
